Prior to that, Chetan was a systems engineer and product manager, focusing on mobile communications, at Cellular Technical Services, where he worked on creating RF Fingerprinting solutions to prevent wireless fraud. His work was instrumental in making a big dent in the $1B industry-wide fraud problem. He also worked at Philips Consumer Communications - a joint venture between Lucent and Philips.

He has been retained as an expert witness and advisor for some of the most prominent legal matters in front of the International Trade Commission (ITC) such as Qualcomm vs. Broadcom and Ericsson vs. Samsung.

Sarla Sharma is Vice President of Operations at the firm. She has several years of experience working with KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Her experience includes regulatory compliance, process re-engineering, risk management, cross-group project management, financial statement audit, financial analysis, development and implementation of policies and procedures. Sarla has worked for Fortune 500 companies in various industries such as Wireless and Telecom, Banking and Financial Institutions, High Technology, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, and Entertainment. Her clients include T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless (Cingular), Western Wireless (Alltel), Clearwire, Microsoft, Getty Images, Washington Mutual, Costco, Nissan, aQuantive, and others.

Sarla has managed regulatory compliance and risk management projects for large wireless carriers, some of the biggest financial institutions, and other fortune 100 companies such as Microsoft. She has won several recognition awards for her client work. Sarla is a published author of research papers in the wireless industry. She is a Six-Sigma Green Belt.

Sarla has a BS from University of North Carolina and Masters in Economics.
