Dr. Ron Marquardt is Vice President of Technology for Sprint and is responsible for Sprint’s long-term technology strategy and architecture, the industry relationships and investments enabling Sprint’s innovation and ecosystem development goals, as well as the company’s advocacy in US and global industry forums and standards bodies. Prior to Sprint, Dr. Marquardt was VP of Technology Development at Clearwire Corporation, responsible for that company’s technology strategy as well as the architecture, design, testing, and implementation of its mobile broadband 4G network, devices, and services. Dr. Marquardt has an S.B. in Physics from MIT, an M.S. and Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Caltech, and is an alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Caroline Y. Chan is Vice President and GM of 5G infrastructure division at Intel Corporation. She has overall responsibility for Intel’s global network infrastructure strategy and solution development related to 5th-generation wireless technology. Chan and her team identify and develop use cases that incorporate IoT, innovation in wireless technologies and deployment models, such as mobile edge computing and alternative spectrums that will enable new service providers and enterprise networks. Before joining Intel, Chan had a 15-year career at Nortel Networks Corp. Chan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, respectively. She serves on the board of the Telecom Infrastructure Project and the xRAN organization. Her contributions in the area of virtualized wireless radio access networks earned Chan an Intel Achievement Award in 2016.
Dr. Ganesh Sundaram is founder and CEO of AlefEdge and is a leader in wireless technology with over 20 years of rich experience in technology creation and has worked extensively with operators globally. Prior to founding the Company, he was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and lead multiple secure wireless solutions initiatives at Bell Labs, New Jersey. He has developed several foundational technologies, leading to new standards, products and deployments, and has authored over 50 patents relating to mobile data networking, architecture, security, cryptography, resource management and mobility management. He was named a Bell Labs Fellow in 2012, inducted in to the Alcatel-Lucent technical academy 2009, and is a recipient of two Bell Labs president’s awards. Dr. Sundaram has PhD in Mathematics from Purdue University and Master of Science degrees in Applied Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

He has Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Kansas State University and Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
